About the event

The multiple disadvantages faced by widows globally is exacerbated by the new challenges of the digital divide. Yet widows can also harness technology to gain understanding and organise locally. This event aims to provide a space for meaningful conversations demonstrating how widows, when empowered, can become active agents of change. WRI anticipates this event will highlight key ways for positive change for widows everywhere, whatever their age.
