Amplifying the voices on ending Child Marriages, and on Widows’ Rights

Despite SDG 5.3 aiming to reduce child marriage, there are still around 12 million girls aged under 18 being married every year. The plight of child widows and their stigmatisation are seldom addressed – particularly in the Global North.
